I'm Lara and I specialise in helping people with eating disorders, disordered eating and body image issues. Whether you have been struggling with emotional or binge eating, purging, restricting, or negative body image, we will work together to rebuild a positive relationship with you, food and your body.
As your coach, I'll help you understand what is keeping you stuck in your relationship with food & body image. In the first session we'll use my unique timeline method to uncover your underlying patterns and create a personalised plan for recovery.
I take a client-led approach, using a powerful combination of psychology, mindset and nutrition science. I'll incorporate cognitive behaviour therapy, mindfulness techniques, psycho-education, and nutrition rehabilitation to support your healing at three levels: behaviours, mindset and emotions.
Through our work together, you'll regain control of your eating habits, learn to keep bingeing, overeating and purging at bay and improve body confidence. In fact, you'll feel total peace and calm around food, knowing how to eat in a nourishing way, so that you can confidently show up in all areas of life.
