I’m an analytically oriented psychologist and Jungian practitioner from Ukraine, currently living in London and working online with clients across the globe. My approach is depth-oriented and relational, grounded in 16+ years of experience in psychology. I work best with people who are introspective, thoughtful, and navigating questions of identity, belonging, emotional intimacy, or the impact of early relationships on adult life.
My practice is based on Jungian analysis, fairy tale therapy, dreamwork, and the study of feminine psychology. I also work with themes of codependency, narcissistic wounding, and the individuation process. Before starting private practice, I taught psychology and worked with a range of age groups in clinical and educational settings. I’m committed to ongoing learning, personal analysis, and regular supervision.
Beyond therapy, I’m passionate about classic cinema, creative writing, and Ukrainian folklore — stories and symbols have always been my way into understanding the human soul. I offer a quiet, reflective space where complex emotions and unconscious patterns can be explored safely and deeply.
As a therapist, I am not as involved in your life as other people are, so our relationship is unique. By providing a safe, caring, and confidential space, I provide an opportunity to look at yourself more objectively and compassionately, and from this perspective, your sense of choice and control over your life is enhanced, and your connection with yourself and others is enhanced and deepened. I believe that the quality of the relationship between client and therapist is central to my work, and it is therefore important that you feel comfortable with me. For my part, I do my best to do this, but the final choice is yours to make. I pay special attention to working with your dreams, as they are a reliable guide to the deepest parts of the psyche. I offer a warm and safe place where you can live, remember, dream, plan and simply be, while healing your pain at the deepest unconscious level. Healing occurs without pressure, but through love, respect, curiosity and unconditional support.
