I began my academic journey in psychology at Károli Gáspár University in Budapest and continued with a Master's degree in Clinical Neuropsychology and Cognitive Neuroscience at the University of Padua in Italy. Throughout my education and professional experience, I’ve worked with diverse populations and gained insights into the unique emotional and cognitive patterns that shape each individual’s story.
What drew me to this work was a deep belief in the human capacity for growth and transformation. I’m passionate about creating a safe and nonjudgmental space for clients to better understand themselves and move toward the life they envision. I currently provide online therapy in both English and Turkish, making mental health care accessible and flexible for clients around the world.
My therapeutic style integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with influences from Gestalt, Existential, and Compassion-Focused therapies. This allows me to tailor each session to the specific needs of the individual, blending practical tools with deeper emotional exploration.
