I am originally from Brazil but I have been living abroad for almost 20 years. My first career was in architecture and I worked in the corporate world for many years. I trained to become a psychotherapist in London and I attended a rigorous training programme through the Minster Centre in partnership with the Middlesex University.
I work with the Integrative approach. This means that I have combined several theories to my style to better suit my client's needs. My main approaches include the Humanistic therapies – Person Centre and Gestalt Therapy as well as Psychodynamic traditions such as the Relational Psychoanalysis. I consider the whole person - mind, body, feeling and thinking processes and I work towards integration and balance of these elements.
