About me

Originally from Thailand, I moved away from home at a young age to pursue my education in Germany, the Netherlands, and the UK. I combine my work experience with the knowledge and skills that I’ve gained from a BSc in Psychology and MSc in Clinical Mental Health to help clients with their personal development and improve their mental health.

I’m passionate about helping people manage anxiety, improve their self-esteem, increase their self-confidence, and becoming the best version of themselves.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
CBT: Cognitive behavioural therapyRecommended for those looking for practical support and accountability to change unhelpful thinking and behaviors.
CoachingRecommended for those who want support and motivation to achieve personal or professional goals, often with a structured, goal-oriented approach.
MindfulnessMindfulness is the process of maintaining a purposeful moment-by-moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, and surrounding environment.

During my Master’s, I gained experience working as an assistant psychologist, where I learned the skills to create a therapeutic space where you feel safe, seen, and heard, free of any judgement or shame. From that space of awareness and acceptance, we can begin the journey of self-development to get you to where you want to be.

From my experience working as a Mental Health and Behaviour Change coach, I approach personal development through the lens of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Behavioural Activation as well as Mindfulness techniques. At the same time, we’ll also explore how your past experiences have shaped you, your thinking patterns, beliefs, and behaviour. I believe that the combination of understanding your past and taking actions to move forward will increase your self-awareness as well as help you make progress on your goals and dreams.

Disclaimer: I am not a certified Clinical Psychologist. For acute mental health crises, I reccommend seeking support from your GP or a Clinical Psychologist or Psychotherapist.
