As a U.S. licensed therapist with 20 years of experience, I specialise in helping adolescents and adults overcome the obstacles they are going through. I use an integrative, strengths-based approach in my practice.
I'm a licensed U.S. therapist with a masters degree in clinical social work from the University of Denver. After 6 years of running my own therapy practice in Colorado, I moved to Berlin in 2017. After working there as a freelance counsellor for several years, I moved to London in June 2022.
I specialise in helping adolescents and adults with a variety of concerns including depression, emotional regulation, anxiety, addiction, stress management, and adjusting to change. I only offer online sessions at this time.
I utilize a strengths based approach to therapy, encouraging my clients to discover and utilize their own strengths to help achieve their goals. I also combine Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) techniques to best help the individual. I strive to establish an open and supportive environment in order for people to feel safe and heard.
