My first degree is in Philosophy, which informs my therapeutic work in the way I map out your personal landscape and encourage you to express your thoughts and feelings. My personal experience of living in different places and having gone through different life stages is also relevant for my work, as I can personally connect to various issues that affect us all in our process of growing and maturing.
I aim to create a collaborative and relaxed environment in which you can safely explore your past and present experiences. We will jointly work on understanding your needs and exploring possible solutions by identifying the thinking, behaviour and emotional patterns that may hold you back, while also drawing on your strengths and encouraging your personal growth. We will look into how you form and maintain relationships, as an individual or a couple, what works and what can be made better. Safe space for neurodivergent and LGBTQI+ clients.
