I am a registered and experienced Psychodynamic Psychotherapist and Counsellor, offering sessions face to face in London as well as online.
I have solid experience of working with a range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, trauma, unsatisfactory relationships, sexual abuse, low self esteem, grief and bereavement, self-harm, cultural complexities and other difficulties that may be making life challenging to navigate.
I abide by the UK BACP Ethical Framework and Professional Standards, and I attend weekly supervision as well as Continuous Professional Development training regularly.
Initial consultation and assessment
I offer a free 15-minute telephone consultation to discuss the reasons that bring you to therapy, my therapeutic approach and whether I can be of help.
Upon mutual agreement, our phone consultation will be followed by an initial 50-minute assessment consultation, where we will get to know each other and explore whether we make a ‘good-therapeutic-match’.
If, by the end of this session, you do feel that we could work together, subsequent sessions are 50 minutes long, and take place weekly at the same agreed regular time.
Embarking on a therapeutic journey can feel uncomfortable, but it's a pivotal step toward self-understanding and positive change. As your therapist, I'll provide a non-judgmental, reflective approach, fostering deep exploration of your experiences, emotional challenges, relationships, and patterns. We will work together at your own pace and in a relational way, where our therapeutic relationship, built on trust and confidentiality, will be instrumental in deepening your self-awareness and emotional intelligence, and facilitating the healing of past emotional trauma.
