"We often carry more than one culture, more than one story, and more than one Self."
Many of the people I work with are navigating life between cultures — expats, mixed-heritage individuals, and internationally mobile professionals exploring identity, belonging, and life transitions. I also work with individuals and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, burnout, and significant life changes.
I offer a warm, reflective, and non-judgmental space where you can explore whatever brings you to therapy, at your own pace. Sessions are available in English, French, German, Serbian, and Spanish.
I am a UKCP-accredited and BACP-registered Integrative Psychotherapist working with individuals, couples and groups, online internationally, in person in London (Harley Street and Shoreditch), and periodically in Berlin.

Expat & Multicultural Clients
With Eastern European and West African heritage, I grew up as a mixed-heritage, third-culture individual across France and Germany before moving to the UK. I understand the emotional complexity of building a life in a new culture — the excitement, uncertainty, loneliness, and gradual process of finding belonging.
I work with:
- Expats, migrants, and internationally mobile professionals navigating cultural adjustment
- Mixed-heritage and third-culture individuals exploring identity and belonging
- Multicultural couples navigating differences in language, values, and cultural expectations
Couples Therapy
I offer couples therapy from an attachment-based perspective, helping partners explore patterns of communication and emotional dynamics. The aim is to foster understanding and create new ways of relating, without assigning blame.
Group Therapy
I offer group therapy in selected settings, providing a supportive space where shared experience and collective reflection can be deeply therapeutic. Please get in touch for current group availability.
Psychedelic Preparation & Integration
I support clients before and after psychedelic experiences, ensuring they are approached safely, intentionally, and meaningfully. I also co-facilitate monthly integration circles — learn more at www.integrationcircle.online
