As a neurodivergent and queer-affirming therapist, I understand how exhausting it can be to mask, to feel misunderstood, or to move through the world feeling “too much.” You won’t have to justify your identity here.
I practice using Person-Centred Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Attachment Theory, and Compassion Focused Therapy.
I specialise in working with LGBTQ+ clients, depression, neurodiversity, bereavement, trauma, and CPTSD. Neurodiversity often goes hand-in-hand with gender non-conformity, and as a neurodivergent therapist myself, I am here to understand and explore those experiences.
There are numerous barriers to therapy, whether financial or uncertainty about finding the right therapist. For that reason, I offer a free 15-minute initial consultation to see if we would be the right fit.
The benefit of an integrative psychotherapeutic approach is that the therapist can tailor the therapy to each client's individual needs. I don’t believe in 'one size fits all,’ and instead use the multiple methods I'm trained in to work together with you and figure out what works best for us on this journey.
