I am a compassionate Integrative Therapist with over 10 years of clinical experience spanning the NHS and the private sector. I specialise in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy but draw from many other evidence-based models.
If you are reading this, it likely means you are struggling with at least one area of your life right now. but that does not have to be permanent. Whatever challenges you are facing, they can be worked through, and finding tangible relief and resolution is entirely possible.
Over my ten years of working with people across various mental health settings, including supporting individuals through acute moments of distress, I have learned that genuine healing happens through authentic connection, self-awareness, and compassionate understanding. My focus is on helping you build practical tools to manage overwhelming thoughts and emotions and regain a sense of safety and control in your daily life.
As a Kurdish first-generation immigrant to Germany, I bring a unique dual-cultural perspective to my practice. I actively integrate this understanding of diverse life experiences into our sessions if appropriate, offering a culturally sensitive, inclusive, and deeply human environment. My ultimate goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel truly understood and supported in making lasting, meaningful change.
When you are navigating complex emotional difficulties, relationship struggles, or periods of intense distress, it is completely normal to feel trapped in coping cycles that feel difficult to break.
Drawing on an integrative and trauma-informed approach, we will work collaboratively to gently untangle those patterns at a pace that feels safe.
My focus is on creating a space where you can safely move through these overwhelming moments, empowering you to build healthier, more fulfilling ways of relating to yourself and the world around you.
I am a multilingual Integrative Therapist, specialising in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) but also drawing from many other evidence-based models.
My clinical background spans across NHS as well as acute psychiatric environments; Alongside private practice, I still work as a Clinical Practitioner within an NHS Crisis Team in London. In this environment, my focus is on providing grounded psychological support to individuals experiencing acute emotional vulnerability. This work has taught me how to quickly establish a safe holding environment, carefully assess complex needs, and help people find immediate stability and coping strategies during their most overwhelming moments. Operating across these high-intensity settings and providing clinical care in multiple languages has given me a robust foundation in managing a wide range of mental health difficulties as well as varying levels of neurodivergence.
Alongside my clinical work, I have extensive experience in structured therapeutic environments, as well as developing and facilitating therapeutic and psychoeducational groups. I have recently presented findings around the effectiveness of DBT skills groups for Crisis Teams at the Royal College of Psychiatrists.
In our private sessions, all of this experience comes together to offer you a sensitive and deeply supportive space. Here, we have the dedicated time and clinical focus to explore your experiences safely, at a pace that is entirely your own.
