I’m a therapist dedicated to supporting mothers who have experienced domestic abuse, coercive control, narcissistic relationships and the emotional upheaval of separation or divorce. I understand how overwhelming and disorienting these experiences can be. Together we’ll work to heal emotional wounds, develop self-compassion and healthy boundaries and rebuild confidence so you can reclaim control over your life. Whether you’re fresh out of a difficult relationship, navigating co-parenting and separation or years down the line still feeling stuck, my aim is to help you find clarity, stability and resilience.
My approach is compassionate, grounding and deeply trauma-informed. I work collaboratively, meeting each client exactly where they are, and creating a safe, non-judgemental space where they can explore their experiences at their own pace. I blieve in each person’s capacity to heal and grow and I integrate principles from positive psychology to help clients reconnect with their strengths, values, and inner resilience.
