Psychotherapist working with individuals, couples and groups. I help you break patterns, navigate relationships, and reconnect with yourself. Online and in-person, London.
I am a UKCP-registered Psychotherapist, a Certified Transactional Analyst in Psychotherapy (CTA-P), and an ICF-accredited Coach, with an MSc in Organisational Psychology and over 14 years of experience across therapy, coaching, and organisational roles.
I work with individuals, couples, families, and groups, as well as therapy trainees seeking personal therapy. My practice is based in East and Central London, with online sessions available worldwide. I work in English and Romanian.
Before focusing on private practice, I led mental health and learning initiatives in large global organisations, which gives me particular insight into burnout, high-pressure work environments, and the identity strain that often comes with them. I trained in both Romania and the UK, and my practice is inclusive, collaborative, and LGBTQ+ affirmative.
My approach is relational and integrative, drawing primarily on Transactional Analysis (TA), a framework for understanding how early experiences shape the patterns we carry into adult life. Alongside TA, I draw on attachment theory, trauma-informed practice, and systemic thinking. I work with whatever is most useful for you rather than following a single method.
In practice, this means we explore not just what is happening, but how it is happening — in your thoughts, your body, your relationships, and the stories you tell about yourself. We move at your pace. Some sessions are exploratory and reflective. Others are more focused and practical. Often there is both depth and a little humour along the way.
With individuals, I work in a way that is curious and direct. I will name what I notice, ask questions that go a little deeper, and help you find language for what has been hard to put into words. Many clients come having already done some self-reflection — they understand themselves to a point, but the patterns keep repeating anyway. That gap between insight and change is often where the real work begins.
With couples, I work to slow things down. A lot of conflict happens fast — old reactions, familiar scripts, each person defending from their own corner. In sessions we create enough space to hear what is actually being said underneath the argument, and to understand what each person really needs. I am not neutral in the room — I am on the side of the relationship, and on the side of each person being able to show up more fully within it.
If you are thinking about therapy but not quite sure yet, that is okay. We can figure it out together.
Psychotherapist and Coach in private practice, working with individuals, couples, and groups in East London (Bethnal Green), Central London (Chelsea), and online. I collaborate with specialist clinics and EAP providers, and have clinical experience across NHS, community, and private settings.
Prior to private practice, over 15 years in organisational psychology, learning and development, and talent management across the UK and Romania, working with multinational companies. This background informs my particular understanding of burnout, workplace pressure, and identity strain.
