Originally from Pakistan, I trained as a mental health counselor in New York, having built both personal and professional roots in Canada, the U.S., and the U.K. I enjoy working with expats and international clients, as well as members of the LGBTQI+ community.

In my work with individuals, I strive to create an open, accepting space that encourages honest self-reflection and emotional exploration. I aim to build an authentic therapeutic bond where clients feel supported in discussing difficult or complex experiences. My approach is collaborative and insight-oriented.
Drawing from psychoanalytic and psychodynamic perspectives, I help clients identify unconscious patterns, explore early relational influences, and better understand how past experiences shape present relationships and ways of being.
