About me
I'm a Brazilian Psychologist with a Master's in Psychotherapist in the UK, and just like most of the people I work with, I’ve moved countries a few times, I’ve been figuring out how to raise my kids internationally and I’ve met obstacles to continuing my career as I moved around.
I’ve witnessed over and over how emotional well-being is the key to personal, professional, and relationship happiness.
People who know me often say that I have a calm presence, that I am a deep listener and I have a gently challenging way to help people make connections, feel understood, and start to heal.

During our sessions, we will take a closer look at what has been happening with you, try to understand your experiences and equip you with helpful tools to help you make sense of things and begin to rebuild your confidence.
I strongly believe that feeling heard and understood is a crucial aspect of emotional healing. I will listen carefully to you, empathize with your situation, ask thoughtful questions, and encourage you to reflect on your thoughts and feelings. I will also help you identify any unhelpful patterns and offer insights and practical tools to help you move forward. Finally, I will celebrate your progress with you.
My goal is to create a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space where you can reassess, reprocess, and reframe your difficult experiences. I place great importance on privacy, confidentiality, clinical supervision, and respect for your experience, which are the challenging and that I offer a safe, understanding, and productive space.
I am a member of the UKCP United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy, the Brazilian Psychology Council CRP and EATA European Transactional Analysis Association. I’m also a member of the LIT Location Independent Therapists Community.
