My analysands receive attentive, individual support - not ready-made advice, but a real opportunity to revisit their life patterns, explore their emotions, and build new inner resources without pressure or the race to meet someone else’s standards. We work delicately, at a pace that feels right for you. Your meaning, choices, and energy are always at the center. I have over 400 hours of personal therapy and ongoing supervision. This ensures that your story is met with professionalism and a fresh perspective. I respect each person’s boundaries, offer support, and help find individual solutions even when everything feels confusing.
My work is based on a deep psychoanalytic perspective and psychodynamic therapy, which help to explore unconscious processes, inner conflicts, and repeating life patterns. I also draw on family therapy and a psychosomatic approach - this allows us to see not only thoughts and feelings, but also how they show up in the body, relationships, and everyday life. For me, therapy means combining depth with practicality: understanding the roots of suffering while also working with the here and now - your emotions, relationships, and daily challenges. I believe that real change begins with honesty and the courage to face the truth. In our work, we look for clarity, stability, and the freedom to live more authentically.
