My work is based on a deep psychoanalytic perspective and psychodynamic therapy, which help to explore unconscious processes, inner conflicts, and repeating life patterns. I also draw on family therapy and a psychosomatic approach - this allows us to see not only thoughts and feelings, but also how they show up in the body, relationships, and everyday life.
For me, therapy means combining depth with practicality: understanding the roots of suffering while also working with the here and now - your emotions, relationships, and daily challenges.
I believe that real change begins with honesty and the courage to face the truth. In our work, we look for clarity, stability, and the freedom to live more authentically.
