A therapist with a warm, authentic, and interactive approach. I draw on Existential Therapy, cognitive techniques, and Philosophical Counseling to support clients in exploring life’s challenges with insight and meaning.
I am a psychologist, existential therapist, and philosophical counselor, deeply curious about human experiences, relationships, and the search for meaning.
With over two decades in organizational management and leadership, I’ve seen how groups are often viewed through an organizational lens, focused on outcomes rather than the individuals within them. This skepticism has shaped my approach, driving me to explore the roots of group dynamics in the unique experiences of each person.
I believe true growth begins with understanding individuals—their values, struggles, and aspirations—because every group reflects the people who form it.
As a therapist, I strive to create a warm, authentic, and supportive environment where clients feel heard and valued. My approach is interactive and collaborative, drawing on the principles and proven methods of Existential Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Philosophical Counseling. I integrate philosophical perspectives to help clients explore life's big questions and make sense of their experiences in a thoughtful, meaningful way.
