I am a Gestalt therapist and psychologist, working online with adults. I support people when life feels confusing, heavy, or out of alignment with who they truly are. Many of my clients have achieved success in work or relationships but still feel a sense of emptiness, inner pressure, or that they are living someone else’s story. In therapy, I create a safe, non-judgmental space where we explore your feelings, uncover patterns, and gradually find ways to live more authentically. I work with a wide range of challenges: leaving abusive relationships, grief and loss, complex relationship dynamics, codependency, career transitions, workaholism and burnout, parenting children with special needs (autism, ADHD), questions of sexual orientation and gender identity, and the discovery or rebuilding of personal and creative identity. I don’t give ready-made advice; instead, we discover solutions together that truly fit your life. My aim is to help clients reconnect with themselves, regain their sense of choice, and embrace their unique talents and strengths. I believe therapy works best when it is honest, collaborative, and attuned to each person’s pace. Many arrive at their first session feeling fear, shame, or hesitation — and that’s completely normal. My role is to meet you exactly where you are, help you navigate your challenges, and support you in reclaiming your inner authority. Ultimately, therapy is about restoring your confidence, reconnecting with your feelings, and living a life that reflects your true self.
My approach is rooted in Gestalt therapy, which focuses on awareness, presence, and the connection between mind, body, and emotions. In sessions, I help clients notice patterns in thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, explore what may be holding them back, and experiment with new ways of being that feel authentic and meaningful. Therapy with me is collaborative, experiential, and grounded in the here-and-now, offering a space to explore your inner world safely and honestly. I usually meet with clients once a week, but sessions can be more frequent if needed. I work online or in my office in central Riga, which allows flexibility while maintaining consistent support. I also facilitate group therapy and family consultations, where relational patterns, communication, and mutual understanding become the focus. These formats give clients a chance to learn from shared experiences, practice new ways of relating, and strengthen support systems. I work extensively in both Russian and English, which allows me to support clients in the language that feels most natural for them. In individual sessions, we explore present-moment experiences, uncover recurring patterns, and develop strategies that truly fit your life. In groups, I encourage reflection, empathy, and shared learning. Family sessions focus on clarifying roles, improving communication, and fostering healthier connections. My style is warm, attentive, and direct. I do not give ready-made advice; instead, I help clients discover solutions that feel authentic and practical. Many people arrive with hesitation or self-doubt, and I meet them exactly where they are. My goal is to help clients reconnect with their feelings, reclaim their choices, and live a life that truly reflects who they are, whether through individual, group, or family work.
