I am a Clinical Psychologist and Psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience in mental health, specializing in Schema Therapy, CBT, and Art Therapy. My work focuses on the assessment, treatment, and supervision of complex clinical cases, including chronic trauma, CPTSD, personality disorders, and relational difficulties in adults, adolescents, and families. Alongside clinical practice, I am actively engaged in training, supervision, and organizational capacity building at national and international levels, with a strong emphasis on ethical practice, child protection, and evidence-based, integrative psychological care.
My therapeutic work is integrative, relational, and evidence-based, grounded primarily in Schema Therapy and enriched by Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Art Therapy. I work with a strong emphasis on safety, attunement, and the therapeutic relationship, viewing change as something that develops through a combination of emotional connection, structured intervention, and reflective understanding.
I pay close attention to unmet emotional needs, and maladaptive coping patterns, while focusing on clients’ present-day functioning and goals. In my work with complex trauma, CPTSD, and personality-related difficulties, I use a paced and compassionate approach that balances emotional depth with stabilization, skill-building, and clear boundaries.
I collaborate actively with clients, adapting interventions to their cultural context, and personal resources. Sessions may include experiential techniques, cognitive and behavioral strategies, imagery, and creative or symbolic methods when appropriate. Throughout the process, I aim to strengthen clients’ sense of agency, self-compassion, and capacity for healthy relationships, supporting sustainable change rather than symptom management alone.
