I’m a licensed counselling psychologist with around three years of experience providing individual and career counselling. I support clients with a warm, empathetic, and culturally sensitive approach.
In 2022, I completed my MA in Counselling Psychology at the University of Sheffield, Europe Campus, Thessaloniki. Since graduating, I have provided counselling and psychoeducational support across a range of settings in Albania, including schools, NGOs, and online mental health platforms. Through this work, I have supported diverse populations, including youth and adults, both in-person and online. My areas of expertise include stress management, relationship and attachment difficulties, support for expats adjusting to new environments, psychoeducation for parents, lifestyle and behavioural change, and career development. I am committed to creating a safe and supportive space where clients can explore challenges, build resilience, and work toward meaningful growth.
My therapeutic style is integrative while remaining grounded in a humanistic, person-centred framework. I place a strong emphasis on creating a safe, non-judgmental, and collaborative therapeutic relationship in which clients feel heard, respected, and understood. I believe each individual has the tools and capacity for growth, and therapy's mission is to strengthen the values and skills already existing in them. Depending on the client’s needs, I may incorporate different therapeutic tools and techniques while maintaining empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard at the core of the process.
