Edyta Drozd

I am a qualified integrative counsellor specialised in working with adults and young people.

I completed a counselling diploma course, and I am continuing my professional development with the Society of Analytical Psychology (Jungian Analysis and psychotherapy). Before I became a counsellor, I had completed a master’s programme in social sciences at the University of Białystok, Poland and I have worked for many years in an educational setting. I have volunteered as a counsellor for Hounslow Youth Counselling Service and Centre 70 in West Norwood where I met with various clients bringing a broad range of different characteristics and difficulties.

My main interests lie in working with clients’ unconscious to overcome difficulties and aid their personal growth. In my session, I use techniques of working with an active imagination, dreams and fantasies. In my practice, I often concentrate on the creative aspects of personal development.

I am a Registered Member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy) and I abide by their Ethical Framework for professional practice. My unique BACP registration number is 374616
