I am a developmental psychologist trained in multicultural environments, working with different populations understanding the correlation of genetic, cognitive, social and emotional variables (with BPS membership).
With empathy and therapeutic alliance, I am of aid through autobiographical reasoning to proceed to self reflective thinking and help the clients to make meaning of their life course and respond to challenge.

Human personality and behavior is influence by plethora of variables in multiple domains, therefore taking into account the above, the integrative and multicultural approach is used to provide self reflecting to the client, taking traits from many approaches: CBT, ACT, SFT, mindfulness, psychoeducation and many others. I use the synthetic approach in my interventions.
