As a psychotherapist and psychoanalyst in training, my role for your journey is to create and encourage a non-judgmental, safe space for you to explore and discover yourself freely.
My personal and professional path has drawn me to work across languages, contexts, and with people from diverse backgrounds around the world.
My experiences with working with refugees has also shaped my therapeutic focus on supporting individuals through experiences of trauma, grief, and loss. I approach these areas with sensitivity and care, supporting clients in navigating complex experiences at their own pace.
Here, my work ethic is guided by three core values: deep and attentive listening, professional integrity, and clinical intuition. As a curious, committed, and multilingual psychotherapist, I engage in ongoing learning and reflection to continually refine my practice.
My therapeutic work is grounded in a psychodynamic perspective with a strong emphasis on resource activation. I value this approach for its focus on self-understanding, reflective capacity, and the central role of relationships in psychological well-being.
Inspired by Clinical Hypnotherapy tools, I integrate relaxation-based and somatically oriented techniques into my practice. When appropriate, these methods support mindfulness, deepen body awareness, and enhance emotional regulation - allowing psychological and embodied experiences to inform one another in a reciprocal and meaningful way.
Whether you're experiencing a crisis, feeling overwhelmed by certain experiences, seeking support, striving for greater self-awareness, desiring healthier patterns, feeling disconnected, highly sensitive, or simply wanting to understand yourself better, I can support you in "diving" into these areas. Together, we can develop an approach that is attuned to your unique needs and resources, with the goal of finding moments of relief and clarity along the way.
I am committed to creating a safe and respectful space where you can freely share whatever comes to your mind.
I offer therapeutic counselling in English, German, and Turkish, with basic knowledge of Kurdish.
