Über mich
With over ten years of experience in clinical, counseling, and educational settings, I’m a BDP-registered psychologist, psychotherapist under supervision, and EMDR therapist who offers thoughtful, internationally informed care. Having lived, studied, and worked in Ireland, the UK, Germany, and Croatia, I bring a broad, culturally sensitive perspective to the therapy space.
I work with adults, couples, and artists—especially those navigating life in Berlin’s dynamic, international environment. My approach is down-to-earth, collaborative, and respectful of each person’s unique story and background.
I’m a member of the German Association of Psychologists (BDP), the British Psychological Society (BPS), and the EMDR European Association (EMDR Europe), which is legally recognized and reflects only the highest standard of psychological knowledge and expertise.

My approach can best be conceptualised as the cycle of counseling, which consists of two major components: creating the counseling environment and implementing specific procedures that lead to changes in behaviour.
This therapeutic process enables to move in the direction of getting what you want - which is behavioural change, better decision making, improved significant relationships, enhanced living, and more effective satisfaction of all the psychological needs.
Some of the areas I cover are relationship issues, family issues, depression/anxiety, LGBTQIA+ issues, addictions, work and life stress, abuse, trauma, sexual issues, panic attacks, and attachment issues.
No matter what your story is, I’m here to listen, support you, and help you work through things—together, at your own pace.
