I’m Maria, a relationship and clinical psychologist with training in systemic therapy. I help neurodivergent individuals, couples, and those in polyamorous, open relationships, or facing non-normative life challenges. I also work with individuals with ADHD and those navigating health-related issues.
My approach is deeply shaped by my experiences as a neurodivergent expat, poly partner, and mother. I understand how vital it is to have a space where you can reconnect in a loving way, with yourself or with others, especially when life feels overwhelming or disconnected. Here, you are met with warmth, curiosity, and compassion, allowing you to face your challenges at your own pace. While I hold that space, we safely explore difficult topics, change unhelpful patterns, in your relationship with yourself or with others, and work toward rebuilding deeper connections, teamwork, and mutual understanding, no matter the challenges.
Who I work with:
- Couples facing challenges in maintaining intimacy and healthy communication in relationships, reconnecting, transitioning to family life, parents navigating complex situations while creating secure, meaningful bonds with their children
- Couples or families during separation or divorce
- Neurodivergent individuals and couples, especially those with ADHD, help with the diagnosis process
- Polyamorous and ENM (Ethical Non-Monogamy) individuals and couples
