I graduated in Psychology and have worked in educational institutions, supporting learning processes and providing socio-emotional tools to help students cope with personal situations. Additionally, during my time in schools, I have had the opportunity to learn about the daily lives of adolescents and young adults, gaining insight into how they manage key aspects of their lives, such as family, interpersonal relationships, and their learning process. For this reason, I have been providing therapy to individuals who need to close chapters from their adolescence, as well as to those raising adolescents, offering tools on how to do so effectively.
I consider myself a person with strong communication skills, which allow me to understand others and provide them with tools to support them in their processes. I have learned that, in today's world, managing and understanding emotions is not an easy skill, and that we all need support in this process. For this reason, I help people to better understand who they are, what they want, and in doing so, to comprehend their emotions and learn to manage them in an appropriate way.
Currently, I work with adolescents and young adults (between the ages of 15 and 45), supporting processes of self-awareness and providing tools that they can apply in their daily lives to properly face certain situations. Additionally, I work with families, offering support in parenting guidelines and in managing confrontations within the family unit. Lastly, I have some patients whom I support in finding their sense of purpose and in making decisions regarding their professional careers.
