I was trained in the USA, educated in England, and schooled in Prague.
Having lived across four continents and worked in over ten countries, I work within the framework of humanistic psychological sciences to support and assist families and their children, including students, and young adults in developing their full potential.
My professional and academic interests include dyslexia, ADHD, academic anxiety, and childhood trauma.
I am also available for couples (family) counseling, cognitive coaching, and leadership training and support.
— My practice is rooted in positive psychology, which cultivates strengths and virtues to help individuals thrive.
— Specifically, my approach is integrative, incorporating techniques from CBT, DBT, SFBT, and Mindfulness.
— Additionally, Psychoeducational Assessment and Educational Neurosciences (Neurodiversity) are my longtime interests.
— Further still, I trained in Mindfulness-based Stress-reduction (MBSR) and Vipassana Meditation.
