Además de Psicóloga clínica soy Licenciada en Administración de empresas y Coach Ontológico certificada. Haberme graduado en dos carreras universitarias y diferentes posgrados me dio la posibilidad de participar en diversos contextos, desde empresas multinacionales hasta hospitales públicos compartiendo con entornos disímiles. A su vez he vivido tanto en Argentina como en Europa. Estas experiencias me permiten hoy una escucha atenta y abarcativa cuando acompaño a clientes de diferentes nacionalidades.

I am a Clinical Psychologist and a Certified Coach. Also, I have a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. I have lived in France and in Argentina, and over the years I have assisted clients from different countries, backgrounds and cultures. Having different degrees gave me the opportunity to explore diverse environments along my work life: from being part of multinational companies around the world to being in charge of patients care at public hospitals. My experience is a result of a wide path where I blended different skills learned along the way. This comprehensive experience allows me to be a Psychologist who combines a wide variety of tools and approaches depending on the specific needs of the patient. I strongly believe that an integrated perspective translates into an effective way of therapy that in the end, helps enormously the patient’s own therapeutic process. I love what I do more than anything, and I am committed to providing high quality professional care in a safe, confidential and respectful environment.

Todas las experiencias laborales y personales que fui recorriendo en los diferentes ámbitos, se integran hoy en mi práctica clínica desde un enfoque vincular y en contexto. Como psicóloga, me permiten una escucha abarcativa e integrada que me facilita intervenir con más efectividad cuando acompaño a las personas en sus propios procesos terapéuticos. A su vez utilizo el coaching ontológico y el mindfulness como herramientas poderosas y complementarias a mi práctica clínica. Potenciando el crecimiento personal, funcionan como un puente efectivo para ayudar a quienes acompaño a conectar entre la persona que están siendo y la que les gustaría llegar a ser.
Me he formado en psicoanálisis vincular, terapia sistémica, terapia cognitivo- conductual, coaching ontológico, mindfulness y actualmente estoy haciendo la carrera internacional de análisis Bioenergético. Todos estos recorridos se integran en mi modo de acompañar hoy a las personas que me consultan.

My therapeutic approach is integrative and collaborative. We assess your needs and priorities, and work to help you reduce distress, increase wellbeing, and progressively build skills and resources to reach the change you want.
I use ontological coaching and mindfulness as powerful and complementary tools to my clinical practice.
I have been trained in psychodynamic psychoanalysis, systemic therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, ontological coaching, mindfulness and I am currently attending an international career of specialization in Bioenergetic analysis. All these paths are integrated into my way of accompanying people who consult me today.
