For people who are exceptionally good at being the responsible one—navigating familiar, uncomfortable relational patterns while living with persistent gut issues, chronic fatigue, and a nervous system that won't settle.
Most of the people who find my work know their history, their trauma, and have analysed their patterns. They are exceptionally self-aware. Yet despite years of personal development or traditional talk therapy, their body hasn’t quite caught up to all that insight.
They are often dealing with chronic fatigue, physical tension, burnout, persistent gut issues, or a nervous system that feels perpetually braced for threat.
Insight is useful, but cognitive awareness alone often just gives the mind more thoughts to manage. It doesn't give the nervous system the capacity to respond differently in real time.
I work with high-responsibility professionals, founders, and creatives who look completely capable on the outside while running on chronic overfunctioning, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and relational survival strategies underneath.
Rather than treating physical symptoms or relational exhaustion as things to fix, we look at what they are actually communicating and protecting.
We move underneath cognitive awareness to build real physiological capacity, interrupting the autopilot survival strategies that are setting up the very dynamics that exhaust you.
Most of my clients don’t need more information about their problems. They don’t need more psychoeducation—they understand the theory. What they need is an accurate mirror to examine why that knowledge hasn't shifted their physical or relational reality.
In our sessions, we slow down and observe what is happening in the nervous system as it unfolds. We don’t simply talk about your life, we track how your body organises around stress, responsibility, and boundaries.
This work is not about becoming the most calm, regulated person on earth or becoming an unbothered human being. What we build is the physiological and relational capacity to stay present with the uncertainty of reality—knowing when to regulate, when to hold a boundary, and when to stop carrying responsibility that doesn't belong to you.
My approach integrates Somatic Experiencing® , IFS-informed somatic parts work, relational inquiry, and systemic family constellations.
