Experienced Psychotherapist and EMDR practitioner, I will work with you collaboratively, with no judgement, to reduce suffering, explore difficult questions and help you gain the tools to better your life.
I was born and grew up in France, where I practised as a lawyer for several years before moving to the UK and training as a psychotherapist in 2002. I have enjoyed every minute on this professional path, learning everyday and adding new insights and therapeutic tools to my practice. Outside of work, I am an avid reader and cinema lover and keep myself balanced with a strong community, Pilates, the outdoors and exploring the world around me.
I believe that the quality of the relationship between client and therapist is key to the success of the therapy. Going to therapy and opening up is not an easy process and I always aim to offer a curious, calm, compassionate and non-judgemental environment. My clinical practice is shaped by Attachment Theory, focusing on helping each client build healthy diverse relationships in all aspects of their life.
