Sophrology is a framework that supports relaxation and wellbeing, drawing on aspects of mindfulness. Research links it to a number of mental and physical health benefits, including reduced anxiety, better sleep, improved concentration and reduced physical pain. Find out more about the method here.
This 8-week online group offers a structured introduction to sophrology through weekly relaxation and breathing exercises. Each week's exercise will also be recorded and sent to participants for home practice between sessions.
